Il prossimo fine settimana mi vedrà impegnato con gli spray a Roma, nella stupenda cornice del Circo Massimo, nell’ambito della manifestazione “Urban Contest 2010″. Io ed Angelo142 svolgeremo il tema “150 anni dell’unità d’Italia”, come spiegato nella sezione “Artists” del sito web dell’evento. Ho intenzione di dipingere un ritratto di una persona fondamentale per l’unità d’Italia…venite a scoprire di chi si tratta!
Per l’occasione porterò alcune riproduzioni firmate e numerate in originale, del pannello dipinto a Crema, in occasione del tributo a Giorgio Bettinelli. Nel caso in cui ci fosse qualche vespista o fan di Giorgio tra i pochi che verrano, troverete queste piccole tele in formato 30X30, cercate l’area dove dipingiamo io e Angelo e chiedete a me. This weekend I will be in Rome, at Circo Massimo, painting as invited artist in the event “Urban Contest 2010″. Me and Angelo142 will create panels to commemorate “150 years since the foundation of Italy” as explained in the “Artists” section of the event website. I will be painting a portrait of a person, a very famous person, fundamental for the foundations of the nation. Come to see who he is!
For the occasion, I will be bringing along some originally signed and numbered reproductions of the panel I’ve painted during the tribute to Giorgio Bettinelli held in Crema, Italy. In case among the few of you that will show up, there is a vespista or a fan of Giorgio, please come to the area where I will be painting and ask me personally. Il genio di Julius Von Bismarck fa gola a molte multinazionali, le quali gli hanno offerto una valanga di soldi. Lui non cede (per ora, e per sempre, spero…), lo ha brevettato, e ha già pronti modelli più avanzati . Il suo “Aparat zur minimal-invasiven Manipulation von Fotographien” è un’opera d’arte creata dal genio di questo berliner di 2 metri di statura. Quando qualcuno scatta una foto, istantaneamente il Fulgurator proietta l’immagine voluta, che sarà visibile solamente nella foto di chi ha scattato! Questo signore potrebbe aver inventato la morte della fotografia turistica. Staremo a vedere!
